Alessio Amorelli focuses his activity on employment law and industrial relations. He supports domestic and multinational companies in the day-to-day management of personnel and helps them addressing employment issues arising from reorganization and restructuring projects as well as corporate transactions and in employment-related litigation. In particular, he has assisted some major multinational companies during collective dismissal procedures, as well as in disputes with their employees, agents, consultants and contractors.
